What we won't help with

Two things to expect a short reply to.

We don't give trade advice

Please don't email asking whether to act on a specific signal, what leverage to use, or when to exit a position. We don't give trading advice under any circumstances, and we'll decline politely. See the risk disclosure for why.

We can't recover deleted signals from your own provider's channel

If a signal provider deleted a call we never saw (e.g. posted in a private channel or removed before our capture window), we have no record of it either. We can only speak to what we ingested.

Response expectations

How we prioritize.

One person reads these inboxes. That's a feature, not a bug — you get a technical response from someone who can actually look at the code and the data, not a scripted reply.

Priority order when the queue is deep: (1) security vulnerabilities, (2) audit disputes with a hash provided, (3) subscription/billing issues blocking access, (4) everything else. If you haven't heard back within the SLA, forward your original email with "BUMP" in the subject — it resurfaces the thread.

Important notice for UK residents

AgoraIQ is not available to UK persons.

FCA restriction

The UK's Financial Conduct Authority classifies crypto derivative signal services as a restricted activity. We don't currently hold the necessary permissions, so UK persons cannot subscribe to AgoraIQ.
