By accessing AgoraIQ Signals ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. AgoraIQ is operated by ChatLogic Insights LTD.
You must be at least 18 years old. AgoraIQ is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and is not available to persons located in the United Kingdom. By creating an account you represent that you are not a UK national, UK resident, or accessing the Service from within the UK.
AgoraIQ provides informational signal tracking and analytics for cryptocurrency markets. The Service does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trade execution. Past performance does not guarantee future results. See our No Financial Advice Disclaimer for full details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any linked Telegram account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person per account — sharing accounts or credentials is prohibited.
AgoraIQ offers two paid plans: Pro and Elite. Each may be billed monthly or yearly. Current pricing is displayed at bot.agoraiq.net/pricing.html.
All payments are processed by Stripe. AgoraIQ never stores your card details. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at your selected billing interval.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or change your billing interval at any time from the pricing page. Plan changes follow these rules:
Pending changes may be modified or cancelled before they take effect by selecting a different plan. An immediate upgrade cancels any pending downgrade.
When an immediate plan change occurs, Stripe calculates a credit for the unused portion of your current plan and applies it against the charge for your new plan. The net difference is charged to your payment method.
Every billing transaction generates a unique confirmation number. Confirmations are sent automatically to your linked Telegram account and may optionally be sent to an email address of your choice.
You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from the pricing page) or by contacting support@agoraiq.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
If a payment fails, your subscription enters a "past due" state. You have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method. After the grace period, access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Before completing any purchase or plan change, you must explicitly consent to this document, the Subscription Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the No Financial Advice Disclaimer. Your consent is timestamped and recorded.

All content, code, design, analytics, scoring models, and branding are owned by ChatLogic Insights LTD or its licensors. Signal data sourced from third-party providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall ChatLogic Insights LTD, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to AgoraIQ in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatLogic Insights LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are identified as belonging to UK persons, engage in abusive behaviour, or are used for fraudulent purposes. Upon termination for cause, no refund is issued.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
